It appears that over the Weekend Rondal Capshaw a Knox County School Security Officer shot and Castrated a known Felon. So, should suspended Officer Capshaw be Suspended? The answer is Yes and fired! Don't say its true you said Fire? Yes I did. It appears that Officer Capshaw was working a "side job" doing Security for the Elks Club on Holston Drive. The Officer for sKnox County Schools had permission from acting Chief Rodney Beverly.

Now The Gary Kirkland show has learned that Rodney Beverly is a Member of that Elks Lodge. The big question has to be asked. The State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance regulates the Security Industry in the state of Tennessee and require that before a Security Officer to work that he should be associated with either a proprietary Security Company or a Contract Security Company and that Company should abide by T.C.A. 62-35-114 $400,000 or more under Each occurrence and $400,000 or more under Personal and ADV Injury.

The Question is who was he employed by doing the Job at the Elks Lodge? Well, Well turns out according to TN State License Verification neither the Elks Club nor Knox County Schools has a Security Company License. How can this be? Does this mean Knox County Schools is operating a Security Company Illegally? Who was Mr. Capshaw working for? Whose going to be held responsible for Mr. Capshaws actions?

Mayor Rogero Dont care about East Knoxville Part 1

These Pictures show that the City of Knoxville and Mayor Rogero don't care about East Knoxville. Well the Gary Kirkland Show is going to make sure that the Liberals keep honest in Knoxville and keep up our communities. The pictures were taken between Andes/MLK and Bennett and MLK. As we got on the scene one resident he told us they took 4 weeks after they dug up the sidewalk to lay the concrete. Come on Knoxville 4 weeks?

One resident said she almost fell on the sidewalk that hasn't been fixed after Brainstorms and it was extremely muddy. City of Knoxville Fix these areas! NOW!!!!!

Homosexuals in the Work Place

Is Homosexuality right? In my opinion no the Bible strictly forbades it. But the Bible also says not to judge others lest ye be judged. We are in America the Land of the Free. We need to stand up for the rights of all AMERICANS! Black, white, yellow, green and all the other colors of the Rainbow. I am a Political Guy for sure and sure as in the Hell ain't Liberal nor Conservative. I am an American and lets treat all Americans equally.

GAO Now Investigating DHS Ammo Purchases

The Government Accountability Office tells Whispers it is now investigating large ammunition purchases made by the Department of Homeland Security. Chuck Young, a spokesman for GAO, says the investigation of the purchases is "just getting underway."

The congressional investigative agency is jumping into the fray just as legislation was introduced in both the Senate and the House to restrict the purchase of ammo by some government agencies (except the Department of Defense). The AMMO Act, introduced Friday, would prevent agencies from buying more ammunition if "stockpiles" are greater than what they were in previous administrations.

Donelle Harder, a spokeswoman for Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., who introduced the legislation in the Senate, tells Whispers the bill would also require GAO to share the findings of its report on DHS purchases with Congress.

Officials at DHS have denied to both Whispers and lawmakers that it is stockpiling ammunition. The Associated Press reported in February that DHS wanted to buy more than 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition, but DHS officials testified last week it was only planning to buy up to 750 million.
